About this RV
A drivable, open-garage camper van build on the Ford Transit platform — flexible space for gear, sleep, or a fresh custom-out. This 2016 Ford Transit 250 Medium Roof camper van conversion pairs a 3.7L Ti-VCT V6 gas engine (275 HP / 260 lb-ft of torque) with an open-garage interior built around a sofa that converts to a bed. The odometer shows 237,519 miles, and the owner discloses the motor was changed at approximately 125,000 miles. Inside, a solid-surface countertop, surround sound audio with a subwoofer, and a flat-screen TV round out the living space. The van rides on a 148″ wheelbase and also includes a backup camera, 30-amp service, and solar panels, with full installed specifications on those systems still being confirmed. This is a straightforward, ready-to-customize base for a buyer who wants a compact, drivable camper van. This unit’s tires carry a manufacture date code of 3522, meaning they were produced in the 35th week of 2022 — making them approximately four years old.
